This might make sense for a company limiting its process service to a city and its suburbs, but since we cover such a wide area, a fair and efficient approach to billing was needed. This is why we charge hours, mileage and telephone plus any pre-approved expenses (such as computer data searches) used to locate subjects. And although we serve central Wisconsin, we are not limited to that area. We'll go wherever you send us. | |||

We're not just process servers; we're licensed and insured private investigators, and we specialize in the hard cases. You may not think having us travel fifty miles to serve papers is cost effective. So go ahead and try the other guys. Then call us back and have us serve your subject when they fail, but this might cost you more in the long run. We're not saying we never miss; some people are nearly impossible to find, or they hide really well when you show up; but we pride ourselves in that if they can be served, we will serve them. |
