Normally we will ship within two business days, and you should have your products within about a week or ten days, but be prepared, as we may be back-ordered on some of our products. We do keep an inventory, but if we are out of a certain soap or other product, or you make a large order, it may take approximately three weeks to produce soaps and shampoos, since it takes at least three weeks for them to cure, and a week or so to produce other products, such as balms and salts.

Since we are a family business, other circumstances may also prevent us from delivering right away. Please understand. We strive to bring you very high-quality products, and returns are not accepted unless a product is defective. If you pay for an order without having read these terms or understanding about back orders, you must still receive the product.
