The Charpentier Family

I'm Charlie, the dad. I'm originally from Chicago, and I've been a full-time private investigator for thirteen years. In the past two years I have also begun locksmithing. I am the designer of this site.

Evelina (Evi) is my lovely wife. She's from Parma, Italy, and is a full-time home-schooling mom of our four kids, as well as the CEO of Stoney River.

Our children are: Stephanie (18), Nicole (16), David (14) and Jacob (7). (We need a new photo!) They were all born at home. The oldest three were born in the same bed! They are each other's best friends.

Stephanie is an artist, a budding web designer, and loves computers (especially graphics), music, playing piano and guitar, singing, writing music, recording, drawing and reading. She is living in another city and working as a Nanny.

Nicole is an artist.. She spends lots of time drawing. She is very patient and meticulous. Even though she is now a young lady, she still loves to climb trees. She is good with a knife, and carves beautiful designs.

David likes his Legos and computer games like Age of Empires. He is learning the drums and guitar plays outside a lot with Nicole and Jacob running around in our woods. He and Nicole also climb trees and build forts in the woods.

Jacob likes computer games (duh!). He has a natural affinity for numbers, and showed much talent for math at a young age. He likes board games, word games, puzzles, and playing on our land. He even snowboards with his older siblings.

All the kids love to do art and draw and be creative, for which I have my wife to be thankful.

We have a cat, eight fish, and a cockatiel.

We live in a modest home on fourteen beautiful acres of oak near Oxford, Wisconsin. The house overlooks a pond which gives our kids many hours of activity year 'round.
