By contacting Sterling Investigations, you (Client) understand that
Sterling Investigations (Agency), its owners, employees, agents, affiliates and insurers are to be held harmless for your use of the information
procured through any subsequent transaction between Client and Agency. Client hereby pledges that any information received from
Sterling Investigations or any of its affiliates will be used only for lawful purposes. Client agrees to pay Agency
by mailing a check or money order to Agency. Client may choose between having the search or investigation results mailed, emailed or phoned back. It is understood that Agency shall perform the investigation according to its own
methods in accordance with federal, state and local laws, within the scope of authorization and operation as requested by Client. Agency reserves the right to cancel this investigation at any time, and to receive payment for services rendered prior to cancellation. Although Agency's success rate is very high,
it can in no way guarantee success or desired results from investigations or searches. Client understands that all sales are final; Agency does not issue refunds for searches. This agreement places neither the Client nor the Agency under any obligation beyond the express terms as stated herein. |
