My suggestions for
making signs for ministry. What
is a Latter-Day Saint anyway? And what is the Apostolic Church? |

Notes and Disclaimer:
I have written and designed this site, and I am solely responsible for
its content. After thirty years of study I have come to certain
conclusions regarding the Bible and faith. The church is being overrun
with "winds of doctrine" and heresy. Many widely-taught
doctrines are untrue, even though we are warned by God to be aware of
false doctrines. Sadly, many well-meaning people have been caught up in
these false teachings, and my strong stand against various teachings
should in no way be taken as an attack on the sincerity or dedication of
those who hold to such teachings. Even so, I believe that many refuse to forego teachings they have
believed for years merely because of the time and effort they have
invested in learning or teaching them.
That said, I may sometimes recommend books
or articles written by men with whom I disagree on other issues, because
their writings may state my positions well. For example, Dave Hunt and I
agree on Romanism, Calvinism, Word-Faith Movement and Modern Psychology,
and Michael Pearl has inspiring teachings on eternal
security and child rearing, yet both teach that the First
Resurrection comes before the Great Tribulation, and that the First
Resurrection takes place in two parts, teachings with which I strongly
disagree. So please understand that I do not necessarily agree with all
of the teachings of the men to whom I have linked. Even so, just because
I disagree with certain teachings does not necessarily mean that I am
judging whether those teachers are saved or not.
Teachings with which I
disagree are: Word-Faith/Charismatic/Pentecostal Movement, Apostolic
Faith (United Pentecostal and others), Reconstructionism, Preterism, Theonomy, Kingdom Now Theology, Calvinism,
KJV Only-ism, Infant Baptism and the Pre-Tribulation Rapture. I oppose
these because I cannot do otherwise. Some sideline these issues and
claim that we must focus on those issues we have in common. It is true
that we must deal in a civil way with those whom we encounter, however, the truth, if
a man is to be honest, must be stated as a person sees it. C.F.Charpentier
